Booking & Cancellation Policy
It is requested that customers book Helping Hands Training Specialists’ services a minimum of 7 working days in advance to the start of the expected training course start date.
Any booking made with less notice than 7 working days in advance of the expected booking start date may be refused or unfulfilled.
In order to meet legal requirements and company standards, Helping Hands Training Specialists staff require this minimum notice period to prepare staffing, equipment and supplies, administration and accreditation to meet service requirements.
Our Training courses also have minimum booking requirements. The majority of our courses have a minimum requirement of 6 attendees per booking and any booking that does not meet these requirements may be refused.

Helping Hands Training Specialists staff reserve the right to refuse booking requests made through the website/over email/over the phone based on their discretion and availability.
Following completion of the training course and receipt of an invoice, customers must pay the invoice in full within 10 business days. Any late payments may incur a late fee of 2% for every working day the invoice is overdue.
Our training courses have limited capacities, and many of our training courses sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 3 working days before your scheduled training course. This will allow us to offer your spot to another client. You may call us at 07961527810 between the hours of 09:00am-18:00pm or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel.
Short Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 working days or more in advance of the training course date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 working days will not receive a refund.
A booking capacity not being met i.e. non-attendees, is considered to be a partial cancellation and cannot be refunded. This is due to the cost of accreditation, pre-course preparation and course material printing being met by Helping Hands Training Specialists prior to the start of the training course.
First Aid Courses
Additional terms for the booking of Worksafe Training Systems’ First Aid courses include:
- Clients will be asked to pay a deposit upon booking a First Aid course. This deposit will cover the cost of course accreditation and purchase of course materials ordered prior to the running of the training course.
