The Care Certificate is a standard of quality and professionalism across the social care sector and Helping Hands Training Specialists can deliver an intensive training program to train, assess and certify participants to ensure that they meet all 15 standards set by Health Education England, Skills for Care and Skills for Health. It is expected that all those working as healthcare assistants and adult social care workers undertake this learning as part of their induction programme. The 15 standards take account of: the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers and Adult Social Care Workers in England and the Chief Nursing Officer for England’s ‘6Cs’.
