Welcome to Helping Hand's Child Workforce training course, this course is designed to prepare child workforce staff for effective, professional and positive roles within child play settings. This covers essential paperwork, policies, health and safety and ratios - everything needed to run a professional child play setting. Upon completion of this course participants will be able to effectively execute their roles in a professional child workforce setting and understand behaviour management planning and techniques as well as having a knowledge of legal requirements, safety and procedure.
