Welcome to Helping Hands Food Safety course which is designed for those employees or people who may be required to prepare food as part of their duties. This course is based on the Food Standards Agency data but does not include Hazard Control Check Point information for more senior staff/supervisors. Upon completion of this course participants will understand hazards to food safety and methods to prevent contamination and ensure safe storage and preservation to maintain a safe and healthy food environment.
