Improve your Workplace Culture through a qualification in First Aid for Mental Health

Workplace Wellness & Culture is a topic being discussed at length right now and for good reason. We as a society and workplaces have undergone much change in the past 2.5 years and that change is not set to halt anytime soon. We know that staff members need support right now as we’ve all seen the statistics surrounding Mental Health & Stress in the workplace:

This means that businesses must be attuned to the individual needs of their staff, appreciate that Mental Health is not left at the door when their staff attend work and they must do everything they can to not only support those with Mental Health conditions but to create an environment & culture that encourages open conversation, reduces the stigma surrounding Mental Health issues and equips all staff to support their colleagues.

How can your business achieve this?

By offering all staff members at all levels a qualification in First Aid for Mental Health.

What are the benefits of training your workforce in First Aid for Mental Health?

Staff will learn how to recognise a suspected Mental Health condition, skills to start a non-judgemental conversation and learn how to signpost someone to professional help. Supervisors & Managers will learn how to implement a positive Mental Health culture within your workplace. This all contributes to the culture and provides the following benefits to both the Staff & the Business:
